• Partner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers and develop strategies to find talent in the market
• Sourcing experience in some or all of these areas: Developers (Java, C++, C#, Python, Javascript/Typescript) as well as corporate roles
• Source (identify) candidates utilizing different channels (e.g. ATS, job board databases, professional social networking sites) and approach companies to source passive candidates
• Begin to develop own network of candidates and seek to grow such network with relevant candidates for sector supported
• Researching and knowing the market and companies to find purple unicorns
• Develop and continuously manage pipelines of qualified candidates
• Own and refine a slate of strategic recruitment initiatives: career fairs, specialized networking events, innovative recruitment initiatives, market and business needs in Montreal
• Manage the candidate sourcing process for assigned management and hard to fill, niche positions
• Implement innovative sourcing and attraction strategies to reach active and passive candidates across different platforms; web, referrals, a variety of databases including, but not limited to, LinkedIn and Indeed

• Curious, strategic in finding new ways to find hidden talent
• Bilingual in English and French
• Passionate and creative in sourcing talent in a competitive market
• Experience with ATS', LinkedIn and other social media/job boards
• Be a Sourcing Guru who is curious and passionate about researching where to find passive candidates
• 5+ years experience sourcing

• Technical and corporate recruiting experience
• ATS experience
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft tools

• Expérience en recherche de candidats dans certains ou dans la totalité des domaines suivants : développeurs (Java, C++, C#, Python, Javascript/Typescript) et postes de bureau
• Trouver des candidats par l’intermédiaire de diverses voies (p. ex. système de suivi de candidats, bases de données des sites d’emplois, sites de réseautage professionnel) et prendre contact avec des entreprises pour découvrir des candidats passifs
• Commencer à établir notre propre réseau de candidats et tenter de le faire croître au moyen de candidats pertinents selon le secteur concerné
• Connaître les marchés et les entreprises et savoir y faire des recherches pour trouver des perles rares
• Mettre en place et gérer en continu les bassins de candidats qualifiés
• Afin de combler les besoins du marché et des entreprises, concevoir et mettre au point à Montréal tout un éventail d’initiativ
