This technical role is to support the commercial growth activities of the Strategic System integration that the team of 50 individuals focuses on. We play with cool technologies, install/configure/develop/experiment new stuff everyday.

You will be provided with multiple opportunities to acquire hands-on experience on new security software and hardware solutions that are either server or Cloud-based technologies.

The entire Ramp;D team will be supporting and training you to ensure we deliver successfully. Most products will go through your hands in the form of proof of concept, demos, certifications, launch activities, deployments or support. You will be learning, challenged and living great initiatives with the Ramp;D, marketing, product management, sales and sales engineering teams. All of it, to be able to influence product development and interact with end users to collect feedback on new product requirements.

• You will drive different solution prototyping and experiments with new partner's technologies to craft proof of concept, demonstrations, perform product certifications, support pre-released product deployments and assist in marketing activities
• You will use your collaboration and interpersonal skills to learn and challenge the Ramp;D team based on customer feedback and your own product use
• You may be called to travel once a while (Up to 25%) (Domestic amp; International)
• You will train and support a support engineer intern

• Experience in a technical support, engineering or pre-sales role in the high-tech industry
• Solid technical background; solid experience working with computer and hardware components
• Good networking knowledge
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong planning and prioritization abilities
• Enthusiastic approach to all tasks, big and small

• Knowledge in Access Control, Intrusion or Building Management Markets and technologies
• Knowledge or experience in the Security industry
• Knowledge of French, or any other language (written and spoken)

Vous allez apprendre, relever des défis et prendre part à de grandes initiatives avec les équipes de recherche et développement, de marketing, de gestion de produits, de vente et d’ingénierie des ventes. L’objectif est de pouvoir contribuer au développement de produits et d’interagir avec les utilisateurs finaux afin de recueillir leurs commentaires sur les exigences relatives aux nouveaux produits.
