Job Description
As a member of the Supply Chain team, you will lead our Contract Manufacturing activities to achieve our goals for products quality and supply services. Working closely with Genetec`s Contract Manufacturers and internal stakeholders, you will manage the day to day CM activities to meet the market demands, and you will develop the strategies for continuous improvement and optimizations.

- Act as the first point of contact for all needs related to our Contract Manufacturing operations
- Manage the day-to-day Contract Manufacturing activities with global partners
- Work with all product groups stakeholders to ensure their CM needs are covered
- Ensure that all requirements are understood and delivered on-time
- Manage the CM’s relationships and the CM’s performances
- Identify and mitigate the risks, escalate opportunities for improvement on a timely manner
- Seek opportunities on a continuous basis to optimize quality and costs
- Implement innovative solutions when facing challenges
- An Engineering background in the IT or electronics industry
- Relevant experience managing Contract Manufacturers or working for a Contract Manufacturer
- Excellent English amp; French written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical mind
- Strong motivation to get things moving and to start new ventures
- Great interest to travel to CM’s locations when needed
