Job Description
We are looking for Product Support Consultants who want to go to the next step of fixing the software, so Customers don’t need to reach out to support as often. This can take the form of becoming a Software Engineer or a Product Manager in the support team. The eventual goal is to reduce the average number of support tickets per Customer. We are a well-funded company undergoing significant growth, making a huge impact at the intersection of technology and the beauty amp; wellness industry.
Candidates who are willing to learn and grow will be considered. Zenoti will provide the necessary training and opportunities to grow into Software Engineer or Product Manager.
What will I be doing?
- Work with customers to help them solve issues, answer questions, and provide training related to their use of Zenoti
- Own customer reported issues and see problems through to resolution, leveraging our global resources when needed
- Consult with customers to ensure their business operations run effectively on Zenoti
- Diagnose the root cause of the problems to devise solutions that will eliminate the issues forever.
- Develop Software Development skills to implement the solutions proposed above.
- Be proud of what you work on, obsess about the quality of the work you produce
Requirements
What Skills do I need?
- Previous advanced support experience with data-driven, web-based applications
- Excellent communication skills with Customer to empathize with them to understand and diagnose root causes of issues
- Strong logical, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Personal goal to become a Software Engineer or Product Manager
- Can work in a fast paced, ever changing, start-up environment
- Software Development skills in any of the modern frameworks and languages is a huge plus.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, IT, Engineering or equivalent
- 3-5 years previous experience supporting web-based applications
- Experience building web interfaces, mobile apps using modern frameworks like Flutter, AngularJS, Visual Studio Core, .NET is a bonus
