We are looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Intern to join our Marketing department and provide creative, data-driven support in a fast-paced environement.The Marketing Intern will assist in day-to-day execution of the influencer program as their main focus. This involves administrative duties across several platforms (influencer platform, website, social channels, Google Analytics, Shopify, Netsuite), assisting with data-driven and strategic prospecting, competitive reviews, and influencer program audits. Attention to detail and ability to work across several different initiatives and platforms is paramount for success in this role.
This internship will help you acquire key marketing skills and provide you with knowledge of various marketing strategies within influencer marketing and more. Ultimately, our goal is for you to gain meaningful experience in marketing and feel prepared to dive into any fast-paced work environment.
What will you be doing?
- You will assist with prospecting new influencers, and auditing current influencers
- You will place orders for influencers across a few different tech platforms
- You will conduct competitive analysis and provide strategic recommendations
- You will carryout administrative tasks tasks to help the team be more efficient and scale our micro-influencer and UGC programs.
- You will assist with other areas of marketing as requested including help create ad-value content in collaboration with Content Marketing Specialist and assisting with social media posting.

- Internship Dates: May 1 to August 28, 2021
- Hours: Full Time (40 hours per week)
- Location: Vancouver, BC with the ability to work some hours remotely
- Wage: $15.50 per hour
Requirements
- You must be available to work from May 2021 to the end of August 2021
- You must be currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Marketing, or related field at an accredited college or university
- You must be a Canadian citizen, Permanent Resident, or Protected Person who is legally able to work in Canada
- You must located in Vancouver, BC
