Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for effectively utilizing their customer service skills to deliver Best-In-Class service to our internal and external customers.


Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Providing a timely efficient response to inbound calls and email queries
  • Responding to end-user escalations and inquiries
  • Promoting Customer-first attitude with each end-user interaction
  • Other duties as assigned
