The Business Process Coordinator will work closely with the Accounting/ Finance, Sales/ Marketing and Account Management organizations to provide day to day support for NetSuite and related processes. This role is part of our Business Operations team and is responsible for driving best practices and expanded capabilities of NetSuite to better serve our internal stakeholders, partners, and vendors.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and monitor the business process and QA activities within NetSuite for revenue and sales order creation.
  • Work closely with Business Operations and other stakeholders to gather requirements and create documentation as needed.
  • Work with cross functional teams to identify and implement improvements/best practices.
  • Work alongside the Business Operations team to design, create and manage complex workflow rules, tasks, data validation, and triggers.
  • Collaborate with developers and other technical teams to complete configuration and updates to the NetSuite integration with connected systems
  • Build and maintain strong relationships within the Accounting/ Finance, Sales/ Marketing, Account Management, and other cross-functional stakeholders as needed.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to update system related documentation and training materials to reflect changes implemented in process and/or system functionality due to releases or configuration changes.
  • Collaborate with Fluent’s NetSuite admin team to identify new NetSuite features and functionality and provide recommendations for process improvements.
  • Help manage and improve Netsuite reports and dashboards.
  • Obtain business approval on appropriate technical solutions and ensure business requirements and operational needs are met.
  • Coordinate troubleshooting with the vendor(s) when necessary.
  • Ensure quality assurance by testing new Netsuite business workflows, reports, and dashboards.
  • Effectively prioritize and manage multiple concurrent activities, assisting teams in planning for various NetSuite projects/activities.
  • Coordinate UAT sessions and participate in testing/ validating system fixes and enhancements as well as assisting with user acceptance testing.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2-3 years of related work experience required
  • 1+ year of experience as a NetSuite/ CRM or Salesforce Administrator or Consultant preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate and lead technical projects, effect change, and improve processes is required.
  • Competency of Accounting and Finance policies and procedures as they relate to job function.
  • Ability to work independently, while being a collaborative member of the team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A customer-first focus with prior success creating an exemplary customer experience.
  • Ability to effectively communicate orally and in writing with the management and executive team, and company employees.

Education/Certifications/Licenses Required

  • Bachelor's Degree in related field, or equivalent experience preferred
  • NetSuite Administrator Certification highly preferred
