The Publish Development Manager will be responsible for proactively researching and identifying potential affiliates across all media channels. He or she will negotiate and close deals for Fluent.
The Publisher Development Manager will be working on the management and growth of affiliate relationships, as well as assisting in the planning and execution of digital marketing initiatives for Fluent. The role will be tasked with managing daily communication with partners and internal teams, while also cultivating and identifying new opportunities to grow our business. The right candidate must be a self-motivated multitasker with strong analytical skills and knowledgeable of the digital media landscape. They should have experience working in a fast-paced, results-oriented, and entrepreneurial environment.
Responsibilities:
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 2-5 years of prior experience in affiliate acquisition and affiliate marketing
- Experience with tracking platforms (HitPath, Tune, CAKE, etc.)
- Knowledgeable in implementing and optimizing affiliate marketing campaigns
- Strong prospecting skills able to get creative in finding new opportunities and negotiate deals
- In-depth history of building and fostering relationships with affiliates
