We are currently expanding and looking to add a motivated individual to our team based out of our office in Monterrey, Nuevo Leon.
Responsibilities :
- Acting as a first point of contact for all the on-site users and remote users
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows OS and Microsoft Office applications
- Entry-level sysadmin tasks: Troubleshoot issues with DNS and Group Policy, user profiles, DHCP, networking etc
- Work with the Office 365 admin portal to resolve user issues (password resets, new user creation, license assignment, software installation etc.)
- Document, track and monitor progress on issues to ensure timely resolution on current tickets and to reduce/eliminate future incidents
- Provide set up assistance and support for mobile and remote computing including personal mobile devices (smartphones, tablets, etc.)
- Manage all network hardware and equipment, including routers, switches, access points, and UPSs
- Provides support to distributed PC/networking environment including installation, testing, repair, and troubleshooting for stand-alone PCs, PCs linked to networks, printers, and other computer peripherals
- Perform user account management within Active Directory, including account lockouts, password resets, and user verification
- Provide maintenance of the system/servers infrastructure including patching, system upgrades, backups, and system configuration changes
- Off-hour on-call support, as and when required
Requirements
Education:
- College diploma or university degree in computer science and a min. of 4-year equivalent working experience as a Support Analyst
- Industry recognized Education Diplomas MCSE, CCNA, A+ would be definite assets
