THE JOB

Our head office is in Toronto but we are open to remote applicants in Ontario and Quebec. A unique opportunity for a performance-oriented marketing pro who's looking to make an impact as part of a growing award-winning organization. As a key member of an integrated marketing team, you’ll be responsible for developing and delivering timely, cost-effective marketing communications for MHS’ products with a focus on the Talent market. You’ll contribute to the development and execution of marketing strategies and plans in support of the overall divisional strategic plan. Possessing advanced written and verbal communication skills, you’ll work collaboratively with Ramp;D, Product and Solutions, Business Development, Marketing, UX and other cross functional teams to deliver on objectives. Focus areas: Demand Generation, Product Marketing, Content Marketing.

Key Areas of Responsibility

  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans, campaigns, and tactical communication activities to support the objectives and goals of the Talent division
  • Build, budget for, and execute omni-channel marketing plan and campaigns based on the customer journey
  • Work with cross-function teams to identify customer targets, segmentation, and profiles
  • Assist in the development and implementation of digital marketing plans, across relevant channels (including CRM and marketing automation initiatives) to ensure effective communications to target audiences
  • Partner with the Content Editor/Writer, develop all marketing communication messaging, integrating value proposition and benefits statements through online and offline collateral and promotional materials to support the Talent portfolio
  • Collaborate with marketing team members to ensure consistent messaging and brand representation on all communications
  • Help to manage the website agency and update website to ensure accuracy of content and consistency of marketing message
  • Actively contribute to the successful execution of webinar calendar deliverables that support the portfolio
  • Research and identify customer insights and monitor competitive activity
  • (Virtually) attend national and select conferences to represent organization, showcase solutions and support business development efforts
  • Collaborate with Business Development team to ensure activities support qualified lead generation process and goals
  • Create, produce, implement, and measure effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns and analyze results
  • Work with the Paid Acquisition Specialist to implement, monitor, and analyze, SEO/SEM and PPC campaigns with accountability for meeting KPI’s

Requirements

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Bachelor’s or Diploma in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration
  • Minimum 5 years demonstrable marketing experience, preferably in a B2B environment. Talent and/or psychology background would be an asset
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Autonomous self-starter, with a demonstrated ability to work under pressure; able to manage and deliver against tight timelines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Results driven; highly organized with a strong deadline and detail orientation
  • Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM tools an asset
  • Strong knowledge of MS-Office programs (e.g. Word, PowerPoint, Excel) essential
  • Working knowledge of MS-Office Dynamics 365 marketing automation an asset
