THE JOB

The Dynamics 365 Business Analyst amp; Solution Administrator drives the realization of business goals and objectives within the Dynamics 365 solution. You will help MHS maximize our investment in Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions through accelerated adoption of D365 applications, by understanding business operations, requirements and how we can address priorities within the solution.

The ideal candidate will have enterprise experience, and Microsoft certification, in the D365 for Customer Engagement product (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing). Knowledge of Business Central and the Power Platform is an asset.

THE DAY TO DAY

  • Serve as the business analyst for new functional requirements, collaborating with team members to design and then configure and build the D365 Customer Engagement solution
  • Understand our business needs and match those with D365 best practice. Develop trusted advisor relationships with our D365 team, our business users, and our executives
  • Work with the D365 team to diagnose gaps and issues and design, develop and execute functional changes and fixes

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate advanced analysis skills and experience in the Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solution. Provide detailed reliable design options for functional implementations aligned with Power Platform / D365 architectural standards
  • Identify requirements to be addressed by out of the box features, by standard configuration, and where required customization. Customization must always adhering to best practice.
  • Support the development of test scenarios and scripts and coordinate solution testing
  • Develop appropriate solution documentation that supports our implementation. Document lessons learned, adhere to industry best practice, and commit to continuous improvement.
  • Work effectively with team members including partners, business, and leaders to proactively identify and mitigate / resolve risks and issues

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (not Finance and Operations). Ideal candidate has experience with a mix of the Sales, Marketing, and Customer Support apps.
  • Delivery/implementation experience with the cloud (not on-premise) environment is mandatory
  • Familiarity with Power Platform development is preferred
  • Demonstrates customer focus, active listening and consultative approach at all times
  • Demonstrates excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Applicable Microsoft Certification preferred. If certification in the D365 CE platform is not held by the incumbent, it will be required to be earned in the first 12 months of employment
