The Role
As we are a growing company, we are keen to expand our HR team to ensure our people get the support they deserve. At Unblu we believe in an agile and lean HR approach and we put our employees first and support the great and open culture we have whilst we are scaling up. As the internal Talent Acquisition Manager you will play a big part in making sure that we find the right people to continue our growth journey, not just from a technical point but even more importantly from a culture fit perspective. This role will report directly to the VP HR who is based in London and you will be working closely with the HR team and all hiring managers. At the end of 2020 we are expecting to be around 70 people globally with further growth in 2021. Main roles we are recruiting for all sales executives, Java engineers, service delivery consultants, marketing, operations and project managers.
This is the first hire for someone to take on the responsibility of the recruitment process so there will be a huge chance to have an impact in the team and the company and to help structuring our HR function globally.
At Unblu we work with the newest technology and we use Workable as our Application Tracking System and HiBob as HR software. We work with Google Suite and use video and messaging to communicate internally.
