Job Description

Who we’re looking for:

As part of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring effective people development, coaching, executing Munvo’s strategies and initiatives to foster company growth. This role is for someone who can see the big picture as well as take ownership for organizing the details of the various operations. What You’ll Do as a Training and Development Coordinator:

  • Mapping out training plans and schedules, designing and developing training programs (outsourced or in-house) for corporate, HR training and more.
  • Choosing appropriate training methods per individual (virtual, simulated, mentoring, on the job training, professional development classes, etc.)
  • Support Practice Leads, Department Leads and Team Leads to ensure consistency and quality of ongoing training and continuing education.
  • Assist with creating, reviewing, revising, and managing online course content.
  • Conduct and report analysis of training survey results.
  • Respond to questions and issues regarding LMS functionality from end users and project-based training teams.
  • Assist with scheduling Lunch amp; Learn sessions, aligning attendees and speakers.
  • Participate fully as a member of the team, support a positive work environment that promotes service to the business, quality, innovation and teamwork and ensure timely communication of issues/ points of interest
  • Assist in advising and consulting with managers and/team leads on matters related to career development path and general employee relations.
  • Other projects as assigned.

Requirements

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

  • University degree in HR, Training Education or related field
  • Advanced organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments.
  • Proven ability to complete full training cycle (assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor and evaluate)
  • Experience with e-learning platforms
  • Experience with SharePoint (an asset)
  • MS Office proficiency
  • Great attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills
  • Bilingual (French/ English) (written amp; spoken)
