About the role:

We are looking for a highly ambitious and diligent individual with an exceptional work ethic to join us as a Bilingual Operations Assistant. We're in hyper-growth mode and have aggressive goals to scale our team and our product. This opportunity does not require any particular prior experience, but rather a set of characteristics - hustle, resourcefulness, propensity for distilling information, and meticulous attention to detail. Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with HR and Operations leaders to support daily business functions
  • Support various departments to optimize work flow, performance and organizational effectiveness
  • Lead research projects to support HR, Marketing, Business and Operational objectives
  • Additional administrative tasks as defined by the ongoing needs of our business

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree and 1-2 years of experience
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to perform in a demanding, fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
