What we do:- Engage retail staff by providing an intuitive workflow and holistic customer lifecycle and outreach strategy that allows retail sales reps to reach out to customers directly.- Enable stores to stay in touch with local prospects and current customers using 1:1 conversations via messaging or phone.- Motivates and empowers teams by connecting the dots between the outreach they do and the return they get, demonstrating that with the proper coaching and messaging they can have an incredible 10% increase in same-store sales.

Similarly, retail reps are uncomfortable with cold calls and prefer to start conversations in a medium that is more natural for them.
The Role:As a Partner Account Manager, you will be responsible for securing and growing net new partnerships with net new organizations, while managing and expanding existing partnerships, both for the purpose of executing joint GTM plans that will directly increase Statflo revenue.What You'll Do:
  • Prospect, secure and grow VAR/SI partner relationships to ultimately deliver GTM plans that will support partners in referring and reselling Statflo products and services
  • Define and execute market opportunities within existing partner relationships to increase the revenue of Statflo products and services
  • Define Statflo’s joint value propositions with leading solution providers to win in short-term and mid-term opportunities
  • Deliver on monthly/quarterly/annual targets for bookings, pipeline and revenue; while being accountable to hit key performance indicators and business goals related to owning the relationship from identifying, negotiating business and technical terms in agreements to working with Customer Success Managers on getting them up and running and driving adoption in their customer base
  • Build, develop and own senior-level relationships within partner organizations on an ongoing basis to make sure that key strategies for increasing Statflo’s presence in partner-customer accounts are in place and executed
  • Partner with sales, customer success, marketing and other teams internal to Statflo on building and delivering on your GTM plan, while syncing regularly with partners to ensure alignment
You'll be Successful in this Role if You:
  • Have a proven track record of delivering revenue growth from truly, net new organizations, partners or customers
  • Demonstrate 2 - 4 years experience in SaaS/PaaS in either direct sales, channel sales or partnership (indirect) sales models
  • Have incremental 2 3 years’ experience working in sales, sales enablement or marketing roles; in technology, SaaS/PaaS or verticals related to Statflo’s core growth focus (telecommunications, traditional retail and/or financial services)
  • Demonstrate a proven track record for achieving quota and targets (both revenue and activity/GTM based) in a technology, SaaS/PaaS or verticals related to Statflo’s core growth focus (telecommunications, traditional retail and/or financial services)
  • Demonstrate excellent time management skills and ability to perform in high-pressure environments resulting in a high level of productivity
  • Display ample business acumen and executive presence
