Real Estate Deal Administrator

Our Real Estate Deal Administrators are responsible for reviewing and processing the high volume of offer paperwork that comes through our brokerage. Working with an especially high level of detail, this team audits agreements of purchase and sale and related documents to ensure a smooth transaction for both home buyers and sellers.

Requirements

What you will do:

  • Review and audit offer paperwork and related documents for completeness and accuracy
  • Track and update the status of offers and deals in our systems
  • Leverage your expertise in real estate paperwork to support your colleagues and our clients
  • Follow up with licensed staff to resolve discrepancies in offer paperwork
  • Create invoices for deals involving co-operating brokerages
  • Contribute to ongoing compliance initiatives within the brokerage

What’s required/expected:

  • Two or more years’ experience in Customer Service and Administration
  • Experience working with real estate purchase agreements and related documents is a strong asset
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Exceptional multitasking skills
  • Excellent organizational and coordination skills suited to a fast-paced environment
  • Strong computer skills and an aptitude to learn new systems
