Leader: Managing Director, Sales amp; Service, Brightside
As Brightside's next Market amp; Growth Analyst, you will be responsible for researching, analyzing and formulating strategies designed to drive Brightside’s organizational goals of growth, engagement and customer acquisition. The role works closely with the Strategic Partnership and Growth teams to better understand customer sentiments, market trends and competitive landscape to help inform Brightside strategic direction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct and derive key insights from customer interviews and feedback to inform product decisions and strategy
- Complete strategic analysis within the market, ensuring the team has a pulse on the competitive landscape.
- Evaluate and develop new market initiatives and analyze business development opportunities in both new and existing markets.
- Ongoing reporting and analysis for the Strategic Partnerships and Growth team
- Research and discover new locally-owned and operated businesses to support the growth of the Friends with Benefits community.
Requirements
- Post Secondary Education in Business, Economics, Communications or other relevant fields
- 2-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Marketing Analyst, Consulting, experience in financial services is preferred
- Experience in financial services is preferred
- Passion for helping create products that provide a great customer experience and solve true customer problems.
- Savvy researcher willing to dig into a diverse set of areas to discover insights.
- Being a strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement, provide solutions, and execute results.
