We are looking for a Training and Education professional with a background in eLearning and instructor based training. The successful candidate will help Fiix customer’s become wildly successful in their usage and adoption of Fiix software and unlock long term repeatable value for their organizations. Partnering with Professional Services, Product, Marketing and Customer Success, you will work cross functionally advising and executing on Training and Education based solutions to help Fiix customers in every stage of their journey. As a changement management and behaviour based training practitioner, you will also help guide organizations through change management techniques as part of the immersive and successful program you will own and deliver.What you will do:
  • Design and deliver instructor-led and self-paced learning materials that support the customer enablement journey with Fiix
  • Become an expert in Fiix’s LMS (LearnUpon) leveraging the full breadth and depth of the solution to best support customers
  • Work cross functionally to ensure a consistent user experience across all customer education touchpoints including e-mail, in-app, community and live interactions
  • Create and administer a Fiix certification program as part of our LMS value proposition
  • Continually evolve customer training as new products and services are introduced recommending the right medium and approach based on the situation
  • Create and lead the educational and training component of our annual user conference - Fiix Forward
  • Adapt existing training content for new audiences and opportunities as required
  • Evaluate the overall success of the Training and Education program using and mix of quantitative and qualitative data, making continual improvements over time
What we’re looking for:
  • 7+ years experience designing and implementing e-learning courseware
  • Experience in designing and executing both e-learning and instructor-led training
  • A strong understanding of instructional design best practices and learning theory
  • A strong understanding of change management approaches and techniques
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with stakeholders and build collaborative relationships
  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in a business related field
