We're looking for an HR/Recruiting Coordinator to help us:
- Source passive candidates
- Search resume databases for ideal candidates
- Take ownership over scheduling and calendar management
- Communicate effectively with Hiring Managers
- Determine the effectiveness of current recruitment strategies and programs
- Identify areas of the candidate experience that need improvement
- Partner with the HR Manager to onboard new employees
- Build a robust and consistent talent pool to find qualified candidates, both active and passive
- Carefully review applicants and identify the most qualified for a given position
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field
- 2+ years of experience as Recruiting Coordinator or similar HR role
- Experience sourcing candidates using social media platforms and tools
- Able to collaborate with wider HR team and multiple internal stakeholders
- Eager and willing to learn the position requirements
- Outstanding communication and problem solving skills
- Excellent time-management skills
