We are in search of a Talent Branding amp; Marketing Program Manager to build and drive a strategy for PagerDuty’s global talent brand to proactively engage and attract amazing talent to position PagerDuty as an employer of choice, with a focus on communities under represented in the tech industry. Working as a key part of the Talent Acquisition team, your focus will be bringing PagerDuty’s brand to life for our candidates by developing content-led marketing campaigns, consulting on the marketing strategy for niche hard to fill roles, and adapting global strategy to fit local needs.This role will report directly to the Director of Recruiting Operations, and will partner directly with our team of Talent Partners, and other stakeholders around the company to implement processes, programs, and content, to accelerate recruiting at PagerDuty during this next phase of growth.The Program Manager will focus on program delivery and improvements using Agile methodologies to continuously iterate and drive change. You will be part of an experienced, collaborative, and fun Talent Acquisition team that is passionate about PagerDuty’s success.Key Responsibilities
  • Create and bring to life our Employment Brand and Career Value Proposition, representing our commitment to inclusion and diversity and alignment with our cultural values.
  • Partner closely with our Corporate Marketing and People teams.
  • Design, execute, and evaluate innovative social, channel, and virtual event campaigns across our global locations with a focus on driving brand awareness and top of funnel demand generation as well as attracting communities under-represented in technology.
  • Enhance our global candidate experience, including communications, content and materials, to support and align to our Employment Brand, Career Value Proposition and our cultural values.
  • Use data and metrics to gain insights into program effectiveness.
  • Build a long-term roadmap to continue to scale our employment brand around the globe.
  • Partner with Talent Partners and Hiring managers on hard to fill requisitions to develop demand generation strategy and pipeline
  • Enable Talent Partners to develop strong social recruitment strategies and habits.
  • Create and oversee nurture campaigns
  • Maintains brand standards on key recruitment sites
  • Manage the tools and platforms used to amplify our messaging and make data-based decisions on where we should invest our resources.
Background
  • 8+ years experience with Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, and Recruiting
  • Global experience in branding, communications, recruiting, candidate attraction methodologies and tools
  • Experience developing content (videos, one-pagers, infographics, blogs)
  • Solid knowledge of corporate business operations and the ability to translate business needs into recruitment strategies and actions.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and influence others while working in a cross functional environment, including senior members of the business
  • Experience leading cross-functional projects with demonstrated expertise in leading without authority to achieve results
  • Experience working in a global role with stakeholders from multiple regions
