The Adobe Campaign Manager collaborates with Business Analysts, Strategy, Relationship Marketing amp; Analytics teams to define marketing campaign requirements, supports the design, then implements, deploys and monitors various marketing campaigns for our clients. Success is measured by accurate implementation of campaign solutions based on business requirements and regular monitoring for optimization. The role will have client-facing responsibilities including presentations and participating in group discussions-so the successful incumbent will need to be an accomplished and effective communicator that has honed their skills from an environment that has a blend of marketing and technology (Martech). Ideally we are looking for candidates that have marketing automation experience along with Adobe Campaign. The Adobe Campaign Manager will become an enthusiastic subject matter expert on a number of marketing automation platforms and an advocate for campaign and data management within the organization. The Campaign Manager is part of the Technology team, reporting to the Director, CRM and will operate as their trusted advisor for campaigns on portfolios they support.Specific Duties and Responsibilities
  • Team members in this role are expected to be able to perform all of the following duties and responsibilities to a consistently high standard:

  • Consult with CRM clients and maintain high levels of customer engagement with a focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Support client services in understanding and interpreting our clients business challenges and goals, and collaborate with cross functional internal teams to develop best strategy for clientsConsultant on project scope, including business value and stakeholder alignment; participate in prioritization process for systems implementation planning cycles
  • Provide specialized consulting, analytical and technical support to the project team
  • Act as an SME for campaign operations and Adobe Campaign best practices and advise clients accordingly to improve campaign effectiveness and efficiency
  • Support solution design around the capabilities of Adobe Marketing Cloud products like Adobe Launch, Audience Manager, Target and Analytics, Adobe Campaign and integrated design solutions
  • Demonstrated understanding of Digital Marketing Platform architecture and integration for personalization, analytics, and campaign products to be able to triage production issues
  • Understand and integrate AEM and Adobe Campaign for online campaigns
  • Support internal teams with setup, implementation and deployment of new instances of Adobe Campaign
  • Analyze client data structures to determine initial data architecture for new Adobe Campaign accounts in addition to data architecture around preference management and preference center
  • Adhere to industry regulations, standards and best practices regarding privacy, commercial communications, data security and deliverability around CASL/CAN-SPAM/GDPR
  • Configure, build and test emails, and email templates including, but not limited to dynamic content, merge fields from design specifications given by a creative studio teamConfigure, build, and test journeys or automations based on proposed designs
  • Evaluate campaign performance by monitoring and analyzing campaign data to improve deliverability, optimize campaigns and ensure both data quality and accuracyResearch and explore new campaign processes, marketing technologies, automation tool features to increase efficiencies, improve quality control, and to align to industry trends and best practice
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Information technology or related Marketing experience / relevant experience3 to 5 years of experience with using Adobe Campaign Classic (or) Adobe Campaign Standard (Adobe certification is a plus)
  • Ability to create relevant campaign and technical documentation
  • Ability to build workflows, emails, templates, and customer journeys on client specs within Adobe Journey Builder
  • Experience with other products in the Adobe stack (e.g. Analytics, Audience, Target)Basic knowledge of DNS, MX and IP setup processesBasic knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript
