Role Description and ExpectationsAs a Production Coordinator, you will support Klick Productions in bringing ideas to life!. This position will focus on both broadcast and digital video content AND still and photography production. You will support projects from concept development to delivery while also supporting running project budgets and scope.

You are collaborative, checking in frequently with your manager and taking on new work as needed. You ask questions when not clear on the expectations and/or assignment.Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in a related field is an asset or equivalent work experience in the production, broadcast, content and/or show development.
Key Accountabilities
- Coordinate and create broadcast and video content
- Accurately manage scopes and budgets for broadcast and content deliverables
- Collaborate with assigned creative and client teams in Canada and the United States
- Collaborate with the internal video production team by providing producer support
Requirements
- Experience producing broadcast and/or video content in a core team member role
- Experience as part of production projects from conception to final cut
- Experience in the pre-production, production and post phases for live action, animation, and hybrid concepts
- Experience liaising with production companies, directors and studios
- Exceptional abilities in project management, communication and paperwork
- Advanced skills in: Excel, Smartsheets, PowerPoint, Google Suite
- Bonus Points: Worked on union and non-union sets - working with ACTRA/SAG union talent is ideal

- Please note in your resume any experience in various areas of production: audio record sessions, casting talent, production for video, production for stills / art, post production / supporting the edit, producing animation, business affairs, location scouting, etc. A reel and/or case study portfolio with video links.
LocationDue to public health concerns related to COVID-19, we are currently working remotely. It is, however, difficult to predict if the co-op placement term will be in-person or remote. If in person, the placement will take place at Klick Health headquarters in Toronto, located at 175 Bloor Street East, North Tower, Suite 301.
