The Adobe Experience Cloud Solutions Architect is a thought leadership technology role that is responsible for partnering with internal stakeholders and clients to design industry-leading solutions. By asking the right business questions, the technical architect will bridge the gaps between business stakeholders, third party vendors and technology teams. The successful candidate for this role is an expert in all aspects of the Adobe Experience Cloud, and has a proven track record of designing intelligent, modern marketing solutions and effectively preparing delivery teams to do their best work during implementation.Primary Responsibilities: - Collect, analyze and understand business objectives, processes and customer experience requirements to design Adobe Experience Cloud based solutions
- Produce and present solutions and data / enterprise architectures for Adobe Experience Cloud solutions
- Partner with account management to develop solution roadmaps that provides direction to senior executives on current and future technology capabilities.
- Lead solution design meetings to draw out and clearly define implementation options and recommendations.
Qualifications: - Experience designing and deploying solutions using multiple AEC products including Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Campaign and Audience Manager
- Certifications in multiple Adobe experience cloud products, primarily Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Target, Adobe Audience Manager and Adobe Analytics.
- Must demonstrate at least 8 years working as a Solution Architect within the marketing technology space.
- Familiarity with customer data platforms is an asset.
- Marketing Agency experience is an asset
- Confident in presenting to senior and/or C-level executives.
- Superior presentation skills
