As CaseWare continues to grow and evolve so does the needs of our billing team within Finance. We’re looking to hire a Billing Coordinator to work directly with our clients located in various geographical regions across the globe. You'll work across the business, ensuring collaboration, support and communication between Billing and Internal Sales departments, and the Distributor/Reseller network.
The Billing Coordinator is responsible for all aspects related to order management, software license administration and customer billing.Responsibilities:
  • Process orders, generate client invoices, administer software licenses
  • Process client payments, credit notes, refunds
  • Monthly follow up on accounts with overdue balances
  • Create, modify and maintain client records
  • Provide Client support as it relates to orders, invoices, license and account information through daily emails and phone calls monitoring
  • Provide support to internal Sales team and the Distributor/Reseller network
  • Collaborate with other teams and individuals at all levels of the organization
  • Work on special projects, ad hoc analysis and reports
We’re looking for someone who:
  • Has a proven track record of working with CRM systems, ideally in an enterprise environment
  • Has excellent communication skills, fluency in oral and written English is a must
  • Is an advanced level of MS Office; World and Excel
  • Has strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer oriented attitude; customer focused, customer mindset.
  • Has the ability to work independently and within a team framework
  • Is organized and process oriented
  • Has working knowledge of Spanish is considered an asset however not required.
