As ATB’s next Integration Director you will act as a Liaison and connector on team member readiness and integration projects within ATB Business and across partner groups. You will develop a consistent measurement system for all releases into business as well as create a system for receiving feedback from team members and leaders on these releases. You get to create, iterate, and optimize a Master Delivery Roadmap for the work that Business Adaptation is doing and how it relates to our strategic imperatives, objectives as well as objectives within partner teams such as the Experience Office, Communications, People amp; Culture, etc. Through this work, you will be able to inform what work is critical or optional and enable us to focus on the right initiatives to support ATB Business.

Requirements

Integration Director Accountabilities:

System Development

  • Create and deliver a Release Protocol for Business to enable process optimization, enhance capacity for team members through information management, and utilize change management principles to support team member consumption and absorption of information

Mastery Delivery Roadmap

  • Manage the Delivery Roadmap, keeping track of projects and communication to team members within ATB Business, working closely with the Strategic Business Architect
    • Liaise with Adaptation team members, project leads to support and keep line of sight to delivery timelines and identifying potential roadblocks that need to be managed and removed

Change Management

  • Support change management to the Business by building and developing strong relationships with the Enterprise Change Team and the Adaptation team representative working within the Local Change Execution Council
    • Enable consistent usage of the change management tool kit, training where necessary

Reporting

  • Provide information and data regarding project timelines, release dates, and feedback / lookbacks from projects
  • Focus on tracking of work through Jira, supporting best practices and full adoption within the Adaptation team
    • In concert with the Adaptation Business Architect, own the success of our team’s workflow management, lifting information through the lens of Value and Visibility

Measurement

  • Designing and implementing a measurement framework for releases, change management, behaviour adoption
  • Enabling and ensuring team member in BRamp;I have a consistent way of executing and tracking measurement

Feedback

  • Examining qualitative and quantitative data to enable learning and visibility to what is being released

What you bring:

Individual

  • 10+ years of leadership experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business or related field; MBA preferred
  • Project management certification considered an asset
  • Demonstrated ability to lead large projects in complex environments
  • Change management certification considered an asset
  • Strong conceptual thinking skills
  • Collaborative, with a bias to achieving results
  • Effective at facilitating teamwork in a matrix organization and resolving conflict
  • Decisive when required
  • Adaptable
  • Strong communication skills, ability to present confidently
  • Attention to detail and strong planning and management ability
  • Demonstrated ability to lead in a matrixed organization

Business Knowledge:

  • Understanding of ATB’s Business and culture
  • Knowledge of ATB Business’ and the system of work / workflow with XO and Enterprise partners
  • Systems thinking capability
