What’s the role?

CadMakers is looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Account Sales Executive with a proven track record of SaaS and solution selling (product + services) to enterprise customers. You will be responsible for identifying, following up with, and gaining business from prospects in the Construction industry. This is an ownership-driven role and you will be expected to proactively plan and pursue business opportunities for CadMakers to scale momentum and growth of its Digital construction amp; Fabrication solutions including the cmCore Saas product suite (https://cmBuilder.io amp; https://cmExe.io). Role and Responsibilities

  • Stay knowledgeable and current on our evolving products and solutions.
  • Engage with construction amp; manufacturing leads through phone and email channels to generate interest, and qualify demand for our solutions.
  • Partner with the sales and marketing team to achieve mutually-aligned monthly sales targets.
  • Work with the extended sales and marketing team to develop targeted lists, call strategies, and messaging to create new business opportunities.
  • Organize product and service demos with prospective customers.
  • Manage, follow-up, and qualify all leads and keep the CRM updated; further ensuring that all information is accurate, relevant and up-to-date.
  • Maintain sales records (Hubspot) and prepare sales reports as required.
  • Leverage communication with identified leads to understand and identify new and innovative use-cases for our products.
  • Flexibility and willingness to operate beyond your role and help the team improve the existing sales process, training, technology usage, and any other key aspects of the business.
  • Daily activities include, but are not limited, to:
    • Pre-call research and planning;
    • Making high volumes of calls and email outreach;
    • Following-up and nurturing leads; and
    • Communicating openly and widely with internal stakeholders.
  • Likely will require some amount of travel post-Covid to assist and attend trade shows and other events.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of proven Enterprise Sales Representative experience with technology/software sales (SaaS, PaaS, enterprise software, etc.)
  • Passionate about professional sales, including relentless prospecting, presenting, and adding valuable business.
  • Proficiency with high volume cold-outreach to acquire net new business via phone and email.
  • Proven overachieving sales results and an outstanding record of closing large deals.
  • Strategic prioritization of opportunities and leveraging the necessary resources to close must-win business opportunities.
  • Customer Focused. Understanding business needs and creating unique value propositions that generate cross-sell/upsell opportunities.
  • Excellent verbal amp; written communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and persuasion skills with the ability to build strong business relationships both outside and within the organization.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and maintaining a meticulous record of interaction with leads.
  • Ability to deliver and report on identified sales KPIs - CAC, MRR, Churn Rate, etc.
  • Ability to quickly learn new concepts and general tech-savviness are musts.
  • Competitive, resilient, and highly motivated, along with a great attitude and love for teamwork!

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or technology or equivalent work experience
  • Engineering / Construction knowledge is a plus!
