The Community Director is responsible for effectively and efficiently communicating with Board members, building staff and unit owners, resolving any issues that may arise. The Community Director will oversee a portfolio of high rises in the west Toronto area.
The Community Director must be familiar with the Condominium Act and with the terms of the Declaration of the Corporations that they oversee which include any agreements referred to therein, and the by laws and the Rules, in addition to the provisions of any agreement, resolution, policy or other document applicable to the Corporation, and to each and every term and condition contained in the Management Agreement, and enforces these agreements. The Community Director must be familiar with all Company policies and follow requirements as set out. The Community Director must be familiar with the job description of the Property Managers, Administrators, and is responsible to oversee individuals in these positions as assigned.
