We are looking for an experienced full-stack digital marketing professional looking for a challenge in a highly dynamic field to join our team as Manager, B2B Demand Generation.

About you:

You are passionate about performance marketing and are your organization’s back-end wizard, overseeing lead flow and nurturing, marketing automation, outbound sales sequences, and more. You have skilled with CRM’s like Hubspot and Salesforce and leverage the power of data to guide strategic conclusions.

You are seeking to join a fast-growing organization and are excited by the opportunity to grow and scale a demand generation program for WPIC. You have experience in building a performance marketing engine and ensuring that it operates at a high level. You are comfortable in both building out a program and getting your hands dirty in the back-end of the system. You have collaborated with external agencies in the past and know how to get the best work out of them.

About the role:

This full-time role is based out of our Gastown office in downtown Vancouver, BC; you will work part-time from home; part-time in a socially-distant office.

Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, you will focus on steering WPIC’s B2B demand generation strategy and execution, performance marketing, website management, CRM maintenance, and reporting. Specifics include:

  • Oversee the strategic planning, execution and ongoing optimization of existing paid and organic marketing channels, while continuing to identify and build new growth channels
  • Support the content lead and broader marketing team
  • Act as lead manager of the CRM
  • Execute paid search campaigns
  • Build, develop and execute SEO strategy and tactics
  • Liaise with external agency partners + freelance support
  • Manage and update the WPIC website (currently built via WordPress)
  • Implement best practice meta tags, header tags and meta descriptions, for the purpose of SEO
  • Manage digital advertising budget
  • Manage ongoing evaluation of ad spend, CPL, leads generated, CTR, bounce rate, etc.
  • Run reporting for all demand generation activity
  • Provide and explain ongoing keyword/KPI reporting to upper management
  • Run technical SEO audits and implement recommendations
  • Execute / coordinate link-building campaigns
  • Run paid social media campaigns - design, develop, deploy, then optimize for conversions, engagement, and other key metrics

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years experience in B2B performance marketing (agency or client side)
  • Degree in digital marketing, business or related field
  • 3+ years of driving results in Google Ads
  • Extensive knowledge of Google Analytics and experience leveraging the platform to gather insights and deliver recommendations
  • Extensive knowledge of HubSpot, Salesforce and Unbounce, with a focus on hitting KPIs and metrics
  • Extensive experience with demand generation, lead nurturing, CRMs, marketing automation
  • Execution experience across SEM, SEO, CRO
  • Excellent problem-solving skills solutions-driven mentality

Other:

  • Tech sector experience an asset
  • Previous knowledge of ABM an asset
  • Knowledge of PHP, HTML, CSS, jQuery for the purpose of updating the WPIC website an asset
