The management of Key Accounts requires dedicated resources at central and local levels, operating in a matrix structure to execute effective and efficient business development, relationship management, and customer experience management of a selected cohort of existing, high value accounts. Key accounts are selected based on their financial and strategic value, geographical and whitespace footprint, as well as the need for centralized management across multiple geos and sales channels, and a somewhat customized value proposition for such value to be captured and maximized.Highlight of your responsibilities:
  • Work closely with the Key Accounts sales management to develop and execute the overall and individual accounts growth plan and translate the growth objectives into actionable NB, up-sell and cross-sell marketing plans/campaigns.
  • For highest value accounts develop 1 to few ABM programs to drive engagement.
  • Explore various digital channels for highest engagements/conversions including influencer programs, relevant content, share forums, digital and social program, and virtual events.
  • Proactively look for satisfied customers to drive the up-take of testimonials and case studies as well as engage happy customers in the Customer Advocacy program.
  • Align with other stakeholders to ensure the close alignment of all activities related to Key Accounts.
  • Work closely with the Marketing Ops to automate the campaign workflows, improve the Key Accounts data and measure/optimise the campaign outcomes.
  • Measure and report the Key Accounts satisfaction score.
  • Conduct research and gather data on the consumers, the market, and competitive environment in order to drive joint GTM and/or product development initiatives with the account in the interest of mutual value maximization.
  • Identify and develop business opportunities within the account.
  • Manage and monthly report on your KPIs related to the key accounts growth.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement to maximise business and customer value.

The Ideal Candidate:
  • Minimum five year of marketing experience.
  • Growth driven and customer focused.
  • ABM strategy amp; execution experience including the development and execution of measurable tactics
  • An evangelist, both with customers and internally (voice of the customers), you are able to inspire and mobilize people towards a common vision and goal.
  • A critical and creative thinker, able to find practical and cost-effective solutions working collaboratively with other stakeholders within and outside of the organization.
