What are we hiring for?

We are looking for an inventory auditor who is detail-oriented, exceptionally organized, able to manage complex systems, and who has excellent communication, math and analytical skills, Excel and relevant computer software know-how. Inventory coordinators can expect to work with associated documentation, complete tasks alone and in teams, manage multiple inventories, and report to and advise company management.

Successful inventory auditors should have a few years’ experience in inventory control, excellent time-management skills, and knowledge in organizational techniques. Ideal candidates will also be able to work extended hours if needed, and have experience in building strong working relationships.

We are hiring an inventory detective who can quickly identify the issues related to stock levels and flow and communicate and correct those discrepancies in a timely fashion.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitors and maintains current inventory levels;
  • Manage cycle counts of product inventories on a regular basis
  • Performing complete inventory checks of all stock and supplies at regular and established intervals.
  • Managing inventory and filing systems. Maintaining the database and reconciling actual stock count to computer-generated reports.
  • Investigate and correct discrepancies in reported quantities and locations of all inventory
  • Provides inventory reports to purchasing and supply chain manager.
  • Manages and maintains inventory system;
  • Conducts frequent spot and partial audits of physical inventory.
  • Meeting supply chain objectives.
  • Overseeing teams of inventory workers.
  • Assessing and improving flows of supplies through companies.
  • Ensuring all documentation related to inventory flows is complete, accurate and filed correctly.
  • Identifying, analyzing and addressing gaps in inventory processes.
  • Reporting to management.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • 2+ years' experience within a supply chain department, focusing on inventory or inventory control
  • Previous manufacturing environment experience is required
  • Knowledge of supplies, equipment, and/or services ordering and inventory control.
  • Ability to reconcile stock counts to report data.
  • Excellent clerical, word processing, and/or office skills.
  • Knowledge of invoicing procedures and inventory control procedures.
  • Database management skills.
  • Ability to analyze and solve problems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with warehouse workers, purchasing department.
  • A self-starter who is extremely organized and able to work with minimum supervision.

Hours of Work: Monday-Friday (8am-4:30pm)
