Primary Responsibilities

Reporting to the Supervisor, Logistics, the Customer Service Specialist is responsible for receiving calls and booking trips accurately and efficeintly for our Patient Transfer Division. The role also includes providing a high degree of customer service in a fast paced environment.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications that include, but are not limited to, the following:


  • High School Diploma or Equivalent; Emergency Telecommunications Graduate preferred
  • 1-2 years of Logistics experience
  • Ability to work independently
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Must have the ability to multitask and shift priorities as needed
  • Proficiency in Microsoft programs such as Outlook, Work and Excel
  • SHIFT: Afternoons
