Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Our bilingual Customer Service representatives support clients who have listed their properties with our brokerage. Handling both incoming and outgoing phone calls, team members support clients in a wide range of tasks in either English or French.

Requirements

What you will do:

  • Connect with clients on the phone to provide them with information and answer their questions
  • Facilitate changes to listings by creating requests for other departments
  • Conduct outgoing calls with clients to ensure they are receiving the support they require
  • Keep detailed notes of conversations so that others who answer future calls can provide accurate responses
  • Direct requests that require the attention of a licensed employee to the appropriate person
  • Work closely with other team members in various office tasks

What’s required/expected:

  • Two or more years’ experience in Customer Service
  • Full verbal fluency in both English and French
  • Professional written proficiency in English; written proficiency in French is a strong asset
  • An exceptionally strong aptitude towards supporting others
  • Excellent computer skills
