Reporting to the Senior Manager, Corporate Talent Acquisition, the Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor will be a key business partner to stakeholders across the organization and lead the full cycle recruitment process for corporate roles nationwide. They will be a key player in supporting Goodfood’s journey to become a best-in-class talent organization amp; contribute to a variety of continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen our process amp; advisory capabilities.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with Hiring Managers amp; HR Business Partners to gain a deep understanding of business strategy amp; ensure recruitment efforts are adapted to immediate amp; upcoming corporate needs;
- Act as a subject matter expert on recruitment best-practices, the external hiring market amp; advise Hiring Managers on how to deliver a best-in-class candidate experience;
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to offer negotiation and hire for roles across our corporate groups up to the Director level;
- Identify critical hard-to-fill roles within your business groups amp; develop an appropriate talent attraction strategy to build amp; maintain adequate talent pipelines;
- Project manage hiring projects with other talent acquisition team members to meet hyper growth hiring sprees, support expansion in new markets amp; the likes.
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders providing information on progress of searches, market insights amp; candidate recommendations;
- Contribute to continuous improvement projects within the talent acquisition team to support the growth of our employer brand, increase our sourcing capabilities amp; expertise amp; improve our hiring process;
- Actively participate in networking efforts with industry organizations amp; other potential candidate sourcing contacts to build recruitment relationships.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in HR, business or a related fields;
- 5 to 7 years of experience in progressive recruitment roles with a deep understanding of corporate hiring practices amp; strategies;
- Deep sourcing knowledge amp; ability to lead recruitment for hard to fill positions successfully;
- Strong communication skills as well as time amp; priority management;
- Influential leadership to guide stakeholders through the hiring process amp; position yourself as a trusted business partner;
- Driven by continuous improvement: you can identify amp; propose improvement solutions to recruitment processes amp; practices;
- Understanding of how to leverage market amp; internal data to build specialized search strategies;
- Bilingualism (English and French) is an asset.
