Full-time Marketing and Ecommerce Manager

Raffi Jewellers is looking for a full-time Marketing and Ecommerce Manager at our Flagship Boutique in Cambridge, Ontario to take-on a dynamic and rewarding career in luxury jewellery and watches. Our ideal candidate will be able to make creative marketing concepts a reality by successfully leading their team and capitalising on their skills, while working with various advertising agencies.


Key responsibilities include

  • Manage a team of marketing professionals by delegating assignments, establishing timelines and enabling positive performance
  • Design innovative marketing campaigns utilizing digital and traditional channels to maximize profits by meeting consumers’ needs
  • Determine effectiveness of campaigns considering KPIs
  • Facilitate and participate in media management, content marketing, event planning and delivery, as well as brand marketing
  • Generate marketing campaign budgets and abstracts to submit for approval
  • Create and implement an integrated marketing communications strategy
  • Initiate and assist in negotiations of corporate gifting contracts
  • Plan and manage our social media platforms by producing engaging content that attracts our target demographic
  • Foster strategic relationships with prominent industry vendors, agencies and participants
  • Enhance our ecommerce business sales through focusing on new customer acquisition
  • Increase traffic across all digital channels, as well as in-store
  • Manage daily ecommerce operations, such as sales, target traffic promotions, data analysis, merchandise selection optimization, website improvements and adding new product with copywrite
  • Develop strategies for improving ecommerce experience
  • Communicate all relevant marketing initiatives and promotions to staff
  • Participate in leadership meetings and provide various reports, such as market trends, campaign budgets, ROI, etc.
  • Partake in professional development of marketing team members
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Masters or Undergraduate Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field
  • 5 years’ or more of work experience
  • Omnichannel Marketing experience
  • Leadership experience
  • Strong desire to learn and evolve with industry trends
  • Prior experience using Magento and MailChimp is an asset

Skills
