We are Blachford Acoustics, the Midwest-based developer, manufacturer and supplier of the most complete line of interior headliners, floor systems, and noise and vibration reduction products for a wide array of industrial and commercial vehicle applications.
With a global customer base and manufacturing facilities in the U.S. and Europe, our goal is to better support our core partners and solve their Acoustic and Thermal problems, and we are seeking a talented and motivated sales manager who can help lead the charge.
Requirements
We expect candidates for this position will have several years sales account management experience, is a skilled relationship builder, is analytical and adept at problem solving, has the technical knowledge to understand the complexities of client industries, products and technologies, and the patience needed to navigate long sales cycles.
We prefer this candidate have Industry Experience with Acoustics, NVH, foam manufacturing, polymer technologies or Complimentary Industry Experience such as non-automotive OEM's, custom rubber, injection molded plastics or metal stamping. A technical degree is preferred.
