Job Description

Detailed orientated induvial to oversee the billing and funded program management. This induvial will be required to audit and validate customer orders and review accuracy of funded program client report. They are also responsible for submitting client data and product purchases to funder for pre-payment.

Key Responsibilities:

In addition to the above duties, responsibilities include:

  • Audit program documents for accuracy, liaise with service worker to resolve issues.
  • Oversee the submission of client funding request for approval by the funder.
  • Prepare Sales Order for fulfillment for warehouse team.
  • Prepare invoice report for submission to funder for payment via portal
  • Review funder portal for approval and follow up on submitted claims; resubmit claims and resolving any problems that arise.
  • Document payment details such as cash, cheque, credit card or online payment thoroughly and accurately, investigate and answer inquiries on payment issues.
  • Ensure timely and accurate follow up and responses to all inquiries from internal and external parties, maintaining good customer relations.
  • Maintain the privacy and security of all confidential client information.
  • Ensure all processes follow government mandated and regulatory compliance protocols.
  • Update and maintain accurate customer files with all applicable correspondence along with digital filing system.
  • Verify that transactions comply with financial policies and procedures.
  • Provides overflow amp; vacation back-up support, by supporting other accounting/finance functions.
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements

Knowledge and Skills Requirements

  • Experience with month-end financial reconciliations, analysis, and closing processes are a plus.
  • Must be detail-oriented, well-organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Highly proficient in MS Office, with advanced Excel knowledge (formulas, pivot tables, v-look ups, etc).

Experience and Education

  • Post-secondary education in accounting, finance, or business administration, or equivalent experience.
  • Previous experience with ERP software; tech savvy to learn new software.
  • Experience in NetSuite is a plus
  • 4+ years’ experience in billing experience

  • Willing to work flexible hours.
  • Able to work both independently and within a team environment.
  • Office setting.
