We’re scaling quickly and looking for a Sales Recruiter eager to be at the forefront of innovation and not afraid to take the path less travelled.

As a Sales Recruiter, based in Toronto, you will partner with the Sales Leadership team in North America, to source, recruit and close talented sales professionals to join our world-class organisation.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Playing one of the most critical roles in the growth of PatSnap's North America operations, since we are building out Toronto as a hub for Sales and have ambitious plans to grow at pace.
  • Hiring great talent into our business is fundamental to our success and you will be responsible for identifying and attracting the next high-calibre PatSnappers who align to our values.
  • Partner and build a rapport with Hiring Managers to understand their business objectives and provide strategic advice which ensures the most effective recruitment process is followed.
  • Support and help build the transformation of our approach to Sales recruiting at PatSnap, so you will have the chance to manage high priority strategic projects relating to Talent such as Employer Branding, Interview training, Assessment and Selection, as well as continuously improve recruitment processes based on learnings.
  • Passionate about sourcing talent and enjoy establishing rapport with prospective employees. You love finding the hidden gem candidate using creative techniques.
  • Consistently generate a healthy pipeline of high-quality candidates by driving initiatives across social media platforms and employee referral channels.
  • Provide timely reporting of data-driven key metrics and insights to drive decisions and improve processes.
  • Articulate PatSnap’s vision and value proposition to candidates in a way that engages and motivates them to join us on this adventure.

Requirements

  • You have strong business partnering skills and have the credibility to advise senior stakeholders.
  • 3+ years of successful full cycle Sales recruiting experience.
  • You are passionate about problem solving and are not fazed by ambiguity, instead you thrive in environments where you can identify and implement winning solutions.
  • The ability to work at pace - PatSnap is a hyper growth organisation, so being able to prioritize effectively and juggle multiple projects is key.
  • Strong ability to influence using collaboration.
  • Understanding of the North America market and commission structures for Sales roles.
  • Curious and analytical: You use a data driven approach to influence your stakeholders
  • Able to challenge the status quo: Your ability to build strong relationships enables you to influence and effectively challenge the norm.
  • Creative: With limited resources you'll need to make PatSnap stand out in order to attract candidates in a competitive market.
  • Organized with strong attention to detail, while also being innovative and flexible as the needs of the business evolve.
  • Energetic, with a positive and magnetic personality
  • Exceptional teamwork and multi-tasking skills
