Job Description

Stone Analytics is looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to provide excellent customer service and content support via phone and web.

This role is full time. Availability is required to cover a variety of shifts at times, in order to cover vacations and illnesses for other staff members.

The training period for this role will involve one to two weeks of full-time attendance Mondays to Fridays

To be a successful candidate, your proven skills and experience will include, but will not be limited to the following:

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, with solid understanding of Excel and Word.
  • Working knowledge of Google products, such as Docs, Calendar, Mail
  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Windows (XP, 7, 8.x) and OS X.
  • Multitasking capabilities.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Conflict resolution and problem solving skills.
  • Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence
  • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
  • Account Management and process customers accounts
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail.
  • Handle travel arrangements and expense reports for staff.

Proven customer service experience

Ability to work remotely

Excellent communication and active listening skills

Ability to multi task, prioritise and manage time effectively
