Pega Lead Architect

Munvo is working with Pega to change the way customers are handling real-time interaction management, and is looking for someone who will serve as a senior team member.

What you'll do:

• Meet with clients to help understand requirements.
• Implement Pega's marketing solutions with a focus on inbound real-time actions
• Mentor and train other consultants in key Pega technology.
• Help clients understand the value proposition of next best action and how it works with their existing marketing ecosystem.
• Lead client engagements with fortune 500 companies and transform client marketing processes and capabilities.

Requirements

Need to have skills:

• Experience with Pega Customer Decision Hub and Pega Platform
• Hands on resource experienced working with architects, business users and technical individuals.
• Strong understanding of marketing process from idea and requirements to implementation , execution and on-going analysis.
• Experience in defining end-to-end solutions, designs in areas of Customer Marketing, Contact Strategy, Segmentation, Adaptive modelling.
• Comfortable writing SQL and experience with relation, and non-relational data stores as well as data modelling and large scale data warehouses (Redshift,BigQuery, Teradata etc.).
• Deep understanding of Pega platform and enforce best practices in Pega Marketing.
• Comfortable mentoring, guiding and leading resources in both a practice and project capacity
• Experience with CRM technologies and decisioning

Preferred skills:

• Pega Certified Decisioning consultant (v7 +)
• Pega Certified System Architect (v7 +)
• Familiarity with API protocols (SOAP, REST, GraphQL)
• Understanding of adapative model definition usage
• Familiar with Agile project management methodologies for running customer profiles
• Familiar with Waterfall project management methodologies for migration and re-platforming projects
• Hands-on experience with design, performance and scalability of applications and use cases built on Pega platform.
• Able to take clients problems/uses cases and goals, and define creative solutions to meet needs

Nice to have skills:

• Familiarity with Java development
• Exposure to JavaScript, HTML
• Exposure to a variety of technologies including object-orient design, database design, web servers and leading cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure).
