This is a unique opportunity for a driven and ambitious individual who wants to carve a career in the fashion industry. This is an entry level dual role of Personal Assistant to the Founder, and Associate within the ecommerce and retail operations of our company.
In the role of Personal Assistant, you will support the Founder/Creative Director with a variety of tasks. In the role of Associate, you will provide exceptional customer experience within our ecommerce and retail operation.
The ideal candidate is an extremely organized individual who loves helping others and can thrive in fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and presentation is non-negotiable for this role and so is the ability to multi-task. The ideal candidate will enjoy working within a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment that is mission-driven, results-driven and community oriented. They will have the ability to exercise good judgment, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple competing priorities. They will have the ability to work independently on projects, from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will also thrive when operating under pressure, and will be able to handle a wide variety of confidential matters with discretion. We’re looking for someone with a great attitude and ability to demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in the professional setting.
This is a full-time role based at our Toronto office and showroom.
Requirements
How you will contribute:
Personal Assistant:
- Manage Creative Director’s calendar by seamlessly scheduling all meetings, appointments, and travel.
- Manage email, phone, and in-person communication handoffs with professionalism and efficiency
- Assist with preparation for on-site meetings, photoshoots, events, to include room set-up, catering, prepping digital and hardcopies of meeting materials, testing tech etc.
- Assist with meeting, photo shoots and travel arrangements and any tasks related to product development including packing, keeping track of samples and shipping.
- Complete office management and showroom management duties as necessary.
Ecommerce and Customer Experience:
- Independently and proactively complete all client orders, returns, exchanges and resolve any client issues related to shipping, exchanges, refunds using the correct procedures.
- Independently and proactively carry out customer outreach as directed.
- Independently and proactively manage inventory and keep all inventory systems up to date using the correct procedures.
- Consistently and thoroughly follow-up on client service matters.
- Providing daily recaps of all set goals, objectives and outstanding inquiries.
Retail and Customer Experience:
- Become an expert on all Zvelle products.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers and work on enhancing the customer experience at all times.
- Consistently and thoroughly follow-up on client experience matters.
- Carry out customer outreach as directed.
- Independently and proactively maintain the presentation of the office and retail operations including cleaning and managing purchase of supplies related to maintenance of the retail operations.
