The Opportunity:
We are looking for a Bilingual Fund Operations Specialist to join our Asset Management Product team.
Reporting to the Director of Fund Operations and Strategic Relationship, the Bilingual Fund Operations Specialist is responsible for coordinating operational activities, as well as contributing with the implementation of projects in the Asset Management division of Aviso.

What your day looks like:
- Coordinate and implement operational activities
- Work with external service providers to coordinate and process tasks to implement current operational activities as well as project related ones
- Handle special projects in the asset management team
- Document processes and maintain documentation updated
- Work closely with experts in various business sectors
- Serve as a specialist in your area of expertise for various stakeholders
- Support with analysis of benefits, risks, constraints, business opportunities and stakeholder needs on projects
- Support the business sector during solution rollout
- Monitor changes at the service providers and anticipate impacts to the operations
Requirements
Your experience and skills:
- Minimum 5-year experience in Mutual Fund Operations
- Experience with Unitrax / Fundserv is an asset
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Extremely detail oriented and accurate
- Strong initiative to learn everything they can about the role and other roles as time progresses
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Strong team player in the department and across departments
- Fluent communication skills in English and French are required
