The Opportunity:

We’re looking for a Senior Manager, Digital Marketing amp; Analytics to join our Marketing team.

Reporting to the VP, Digital Strategy amp; Experience, the Senior Manager, Digital Marketing amp; Analytics is a digital subject matter expert who partners effectively with stakeholders, Product Marketers, UX Designers and others across Aviso to drive performance of our digital marketing channels.

This role provides consulting support to product marketers, UX professionals and stakeholders in delivering digital marketing solutions and experiences that meet business needs while aligning with digital best practices. This consulting support is focused on digital analytics and optimization and search engine optimization (SEO).

What your day looks like:

  • Leads digital marketing analytics strategy and roadmap for digital analytics implementations across various digital properties (public websites, partner portals) and other digital marketing touchpoints (landing pages, email, SEO, social media, etc.); also includes maintaining a backlog of analytics enhancements requests and grooming this backlog in consultation with stakeholders
  • Design, implement digital marketing analytics solutions including tagging/tracking, implementation, QA and smoke testing for Google Analytics, funnel tracking, email analytics, etc; Ensures that conversion funnels, goal and event tracking, etc. are tagged and delivering the necessary reporting to stakeholders
  • Handle ongoing maintenance of analytics solutions and engage IT and other stakeholders as required for troubleshooting
  • Contribute to the delivery of digital marketing insights and feed into the ongoing optimization and testing of marketing programs and campaigns to drive improved performance
  • Support campaign tracking requirements including pixel and conversion, working in partnership with our digital media agency and internal stakeholders
  • Collaborate with Development, Business Analytics, Business Intelligence and Legal to develop data capture strategies to meet measurement requirements and see these solutions through to successful delivery
  • Stays current with industry trends and developments impacting digital analytics and optimization (third-party cookies, privacy, etc.)
  • Champion and drive the expanded use of digital analytics within the organization and help to foster a data-driven and experimentation culture
  • Maintains a strong understanding of the Aviso lines of business, marketing vendor relationships, business models and data flows related to marketing requirements
  • Lead strategy, execution and performance of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) campaigns and programs for all lines of business across Aviso, subject
