Overview

We are looking for a Senior Manager, Sales Enablement, with experience in building and managing sales enablement initiatives across a high growth global sales organization.

You'll report directly to the Head of Learning and Development. However, you will work closely with Sales Leadership, Sales amp; Business Development, Revenue Operations, Product Management and Marketing teams.

You'll play a critical role in driving the success of our sales team, ensuring every team member has the knowledge, skills, and tools to achieve our sales goals.

This is a highly cross-functional role, giving you the opportunity to collaborate to develop a systematic approach that equips all sales teams to be successful in every interaction with prospects and customers. You will be responsible to define, develop and train on sales methodology, process, tools and best practices.

What you'll be doing

  • Drive the development, implementation, adoption, management and measurement of the Sales Enablement roadmap
  • Support the design, delivery, adoption and measurement of blended onboarding and ongoing learning programs for the sales and sales management teams
  • Develop, manage, streamline, automate and drive the adoption of our sales processes across the enterprise
  • Work closely with sales leadership thru a structured program to ensure the gaps in skills, processes, knowledge and tools are addressed
  • Implement a program to identify, manage, automate and share best practices
  • Drive the development and implementation of sales playbooks
  • Translate messaging into actionable phone pitches, email templates, cheat sheets, training and tools.
  • Develop sales tools such as demo scripts, videos, whiteboards and simple presentations that make it easier for sales teams to explain the Patsnap’s solutions
  • Drive utilization of sales tech stack to include platforms such as SF.com, Highspot, Litmos and Gong
  • Train, coach and enable sales managers to effectively engage with and maximize the productivity of their teams
  • Collaborate with Product Management amp; Marketing to develop and manage a centralized and up to date content repository of sales assets

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in Sales Enablement and sales training within a high growth B2B organisation in the SaaS sector working with Information Services, Data Analytics or IP Technology Products.
  • Experience supporting SMB, Mid-market and Enterprise sales teams
  • Experience coaching sales management at all skill levels and seniority
  • Proven track record of developing and delivering sales tools and enablement plans
  • Experience implementing successful sales process/methodology/sales playbook initiatives
  • Experience developing and delivering blended onboarding and ongoing training and coaching programs
  • Great understanding of high-level B2B SaaS sales, business and go-to-market strategies
  • Ability to develop structured plans, actions, and metrics for sales tools and enablement that can be measured during execution
  • Proficient in CRM (Salesforce.com), document design and editing tools
  • Experience in the implementation and adoption of sales content distribution and learning management systems
