Reporting to the Director of Construction, the Construction Project Manager will be accountable for the planning, tracking, development and reporting of timelines, budgets, responsibilities and documentation of all construction activities revolving around construction projects.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the end to end construction projects, from design to implementation
- Track deliverables to ensure the project is implemented on time, to specification and on budget, report on variances to above.
- Produces a detailed project plan, track and communicate progress
- Identify, evaluate, and communicate risks associated with the project
- Identify, confirm, and document functional requirements
- Build the project management office toolbox with improve templates and processes
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- A minimum of 7 - 10 years of experience in project management of construction projects.
- PMP certification is an asset
- Strong communication and synthesizing skills
- Fluency in English
- Comfortable working autonomously and remotely in fast paced environments
