Summary

We are seeking an experienced B2B sales practitioner with sales enablement experience to provide consulting, strategy, and sales program execution for our clients. The successful candidate will have at least 3 years experience in sales, sales operations, sales enablement or growth marketing.

This position will help clients improve how they nurture sales leads, communicate throughout the sales process, and how they employ technology to improve sales results. Experience with digital marketing, B2B marketing and/or agriculture would be a plus.

The position would work collaboratively with our marketing, sales and digital teams to provide strategy, execution, support and consulting for our clients.

This is a creative and analytical position. The position also requires clear communication and organization skills. We are seeking a well-balanced individual that would love to play a key role in helping our clients improve their sales enablement, lead nurturing and marketing-to-sales handoff process.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Track, experiment, and optimize checkout and conversion processes to ensure highest rate of successful purchases. Work primarily with agriculture companies with technical, high price point products.
  • Provide consulting to client sales programs
  • Improve how clients use Salesforce and/or HubSpot for lead nurturing, prospecting, email campaigns, analytics, reporting, and sales pipeline improvements.
  • Sales enablement execution using Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn, advertising, content, and marketing automation.
  • Content strategy for the sales journey.
  • Lead management
  • CRM segmentation
  • Personas and ideal buyer profile development
  • Consulting on messaging.

Requirements

COMPETENCIES

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in commerce, business administration or marketing(an equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered).
  • Great communication and client-facing skills
  • Lead nurturing, marketing, OR sales enablement experience
  • Excellent writing and speaking skills
  • B2B sales, sales enablement or sales operations experience.
  • CRM and Marketing Automation platform administration.
