POSITION SUMMARY
The Digital Specialist acts as the hands, eyes, and ears of clients’ online content and is responsible for building, implementing, and monitoring online content on a variety of platforms. The primary focus of this role is on paid media management, including Facebook/Instagram Ads, Google ads, Snapchat, DSPs and wherever we can reach our target audiences online. In addition to this, you’ll play a role supporting the team to deliver and produce organic social media content, New/Mode actions and mass emails sent via NationBuilder, ActionNetwork, EveryAction, and other CRMs. This position also assists with evaluating content performance and making recommendations for content optimization and works as part of an integrated paid media team, which handles large ad buys on both digital and traditional platforms.
A keen eye for detail, a love for data analysis and a familiarity of social media advertising platforms is a must, as is a base knowledge of HTML and familiarity with online content management systems. We’re after a digital native who can quickly adapt and understand new platforms and technologies.

This position can be based out of Toronto, Vancouver, Edmonton or Ottawa. Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, we are working remotely.
