What we do:- Engage retail staff by providing an intuitive workflow and holistic customer lifecycle and outreach strategy that allows retail sales reps to reach out to customers directly.- Enable stores to stay in touch with local prospects and current customers using 1:1 conversations via messaging or phone.- Motivates and empowers teams by connecting the dots between the outreach they do and the return they get, demonstrating that with the proper coaching and messaging they can have an incredible 10% increase in same-store sales.

Similarly, retail reps are uncomfortable with cold calls and prefer to start conversations in a medium that is more natural for them.
The Role:As Product Research Analyst, you will influence both product and marketing decisions based on the data, trends, and conclusions you uncover in your qualitative/quantitative research. We are looking for someone who is eager to dive into uncharted territory, make sense of data in meaningful ways, and share their knowledge with the rest of the team.
This is a junior level role that allows you to have maximum impact across the organization. You will work cross functionally to learn about business needs and share your knowledge to help drive growth at Statflo. Your Responsibilities:
  • Own the research process across multiple areas including product development, UX design, competitive intelligence, product users, market trends, and target industries
  • Develop a deep understanding of industry best practices, trends, and standards, as well as user motivations, needs, preferences, and behaviours
  • Provide recommendations on key messaging and positioning of Statflo products
  • Support the development of product marketing assets including sales enablement documents, knowledge centre articles, product updates, external/internal newsletters, etc.
  • Help determine gaps in product marketing assets and brainstorm new ways to engage both internal and external audiences
  • Act as an advisor/educator to the company by sharing key learnings from research
  • Consult with product team members to understand and define their business needs, translate business needs into research topics, and propose appropriate recommendations
  • Conduct customer and persona interviews to gather first-hand data on preferences, workflows, behaviours, motivations, etc.
What you need to be Successful:
  • An articulate and efficient communicator, both written and verbal
  • Ability to perform thorough market analysis and summarize succinct findings
  • A self-motivated problem solver with a desire to take full ownership of assigned projects
  • Strong ability to translate and communicate technical information into non-technical terms
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build collaborative relationships
  • Able to handle ambiguous tasks and determine best course of action with/without guidance
  • A open amp; positive attitude towards learning, facing new challenges, and improving the status quo
  • A passion and interest in product marketing, product development, and B2B SaaS technology
