We are looking to recruit an ambitious candidate in a dynamic supply chain role as a Courier Success Specialist at Goodfood on the National Courier Operations Central Command Team.
Courier Success Specialist play an integral role in the centralized support of hundreds of contract couriers across Canada to ensure a 5-star grocery delivery experience to all Goodfood members.
As a Courier Success Specialist you will act as a resourceful and confident team player who can think out of the box in an ambiguous problem space, and is willing to roll up their sleeves to help support a rapidly growing business unit that is having a significant impact on Goodfood’s last-mile delivery capabilities.
Schedule: Monday-Friday 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM
Responsibilities:
Live and breathe the delivery success KPI by doing whatever it takes to ensure 100% Member satisfaction by:
- Supporting the on-time delivery of thousands of grocery orders per day across Canada as the primary contact with drivers, local operations, and the Member Happiness (customer service) teams
- Managing, escalating and resolving on-the-road delivery exceptions with local and central operations teams
- Coaching contract drivers on the compliance of delivery guidelines, best practices, and data management to drive delivery excellence
- Conducting new-partner orientation to ensure drivers are prepared to provide a 5-star delivery experience from day one
- Acting as a subject matter expert on Goodfood's specific delivery procedures for every type of product and address type
Requirements:
- 2-3 years success in a demanding business environment as an experienced professional
- Comfortable working a non-standard schedule to best align with critical business operations
- Professional-level proficiency in French language an asset

- Comfortable in Excel (or any other tool) You have a proven ability to navigate spreadsheets and existing tools; new technologies excite you!
- Ability to prioritize effectively, multitask and easily manage stress
Nice to haves
- Experience with ecommerce last-mile distribution and geographical knowledge of major Canadian urban markets
- South Asian language skills are considered an asset
