Job Description

Launched in 2017, Spaceful is a high-growth technology startup that is revolutionizing the residential self-storage and eCommerce logistics markets, which combined are worth more than $200 billion annually. We have developed end-to-end, vertically integrated logistics, and supply chain technology platforms that allow us to offer consumers a much more convenient solution at a price equal to that of existing operators (self-storage). With thousands of customers served, we are the #1 platform in Quebec for on-demand storage and eCommerce fulfillment. In 2020, we've grown from 6 people to 30+. In 2021, we're expanding across Canada and we will be hiring across all teams to support our growth.

Who are we looking for? Natural salespeople who are dynamic, empathetic, eager to convert prospects into customers, and who enjoy negotiating to offer the best win-win solution for our customers and for us. Your main objective will be to contact qualified prospects, and you will use means such as inbound calls, outbound calls, emails, and SMS to achieve your goals.

This role will allow you to be fully exposed to the business-to-consumer (B2C) side of a growing start-up. We are looking for hungry and motivated performers with exceptional interpersonal and relationship development skills, ready to do whatever it takes to succeed.

  • Use your sales and negotiation skills to convert prospects (warehouse seekers) into active Spaceful customers;
  • Manage an average of 50-80 inbound/outbound calls, emails, SMS per day;
  • Book storage space over the phone or over email with prospects;
  • Clearly communicate the value of Spaceful and its new products and services to prospects;
  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets;
  • Collaborate with customer support and operations teams to make customer integration as easy as possible.
  • Help identify and develop best practices for your sales team and others;
  • Act as an ambassador for Spaceful's mission, brand, products, and services;
  • Participate in weekly meetings to provide feedback and ideas for our technology platforms and applications.


  • 1 year+ experience in a sales position with proven success ;
  • Experience in a high growth startup (a plus)
  • High energy level, demonstrated drive to succeed and sense of urgency;
  • You are passionate about hospitality, sales, and customer service;
  • You are very comfortable on the phone;
  • You are success-oriented, with the ability to multi-task and manage multiple clients in a dynamic and fast-paced environment;
  • Strong oral and written skills in French AND English;
  • Amazing work ethic. You are restless until the job is done ;
  • A strong willingness to continue to learn and improve in your role;
  • Flexibility to work during the day, evenings and weekends;
  • You are empathetic with our clients.
