The incumbent will work in an environment where versatility is required. Among his responsibilities, he will have to ensure the organization, planning, follow-up and quality of the plant's daily operations, including the evaluation of human and material resources. He/she will be responsible for the planning of printing to ensure deliveries according to customer expectations, as well as the identification of production improvements through the management of raw materials and the analysis of quality reports. He/she will promote good health and safety practices, support the application of company policies and procedures and act as a change agent in the implementation of work methods or equipment.
Requirements
To ensure success in this position, the incumbent must have a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar position, preferably in a comparable industry. He/she will be able to develop employee commitment and promote a work environment where continuous improvement is valued. In addition to strong organizational skills, the incumbent is able to demonstrate problem solving and decision-making abilities. The candidate must be able to adapt his or her communications to the audience and demonstrate a good capacity to influence.
